Day 1: Queen Alia International Airport – Petra Hotel
Arrival at the Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, our airport representative will wait for you before the immigration desk holding a sign with your name and will assist you with the visa procedures to get your free tourist visa (please don’t miss him and don’t proceed without him). Our airport representative will walk with you through customs and to the luggage hall, then you will be transferred to Petra for an overnight stay.
Day 2: Petra Hotel – Petra visit – Turkish bath – Petra Hotel
After breakfast, visit to the Nabatean Red Rose city of Petra, one of the 7 world wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Enter the city through a 1KM long narrow gorge which is flanked either side by 80m high cliffs! Notice the dazzling colors and formations of the rocks. The site is massive, and contains hundreds of elaborate rock-cut tombs, a treasury, Roman-style theatres, temples, sacrificial altars, and colonnaded streets.
In the evening you will get pampered by visiting a local Turkish Bath. A well-deserved treat after a full day in Petra. Overnight at your hotel in Petra. (B)
Day 3: Petra Hotel – 4-hour 4X4 Jeep tour in Wadi Rum – Aqaba Hotel
After breakfast, drive to Wadi Rum and a 4 – hour jeep ride into the Jordanian desert! Wadi Rum was best described by T.E. Lawrence as “Vast, echoing and god-like”, and by the locals as “Valley of the Moon.” Along the way, enjoy making lunch with a Bedouin man. Then, Transfer to Aqaba for dinner and an overnight stay at your hotel. (B, L, D)
Optional: enjoy a half hour camel ride in the desert of Wadi Rum
Day 4: Aqaba Hotel – Aqaba Free Day – Aqaba Hotel
After breakfast, enjoy a day of leisure and relaxation in Aqaba along the Red Sea. Overnight at your hotel in Aqaba. (B)
Optional: engage in a memorable water activity like snorkeling, scuba diving or other available water sports. or enjoy spa treatments at your hotel.
Day 5: Aqaba Hotel – Dead Sea Hotel
After breakfast, spend the morning relaxing in your hotel. Then, drive via the Wadi Araba desert to the Dead Sea, lowest point on the earth’s surface. Float in the salty waters and try out the famous healing mud. Enjoy spa treatments and the hotel facilities. Ending the day with dinner and an overnight stay at your hotel at the Dead Sea. (B, D)
Day 6 & 7: Dead Sea Hotel – Free day at the Dead Sea – Dead Sea Hotel
After breakfast, enjoy a free day in the lowest point on earth floating in the salt water and relaxing in your hotel. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at your hotel in the Dead Sea. (B, D)
Day 8: Dead Sea Hotel – Ma’In Hot Springs Resort
After breakfast, transfer to the Ma’in Hot Springs where lots of people come each year to enjoy the mineral-rich waters of these hyper-thermal waterfalls. These falls originate from winter rainfalls in the highland plains of Jordan and eventually feed the 109 hottransfer to Ma’in Hot Springs or Hammamat Ma’in, the most famous thermal spring in the hills above the Dead Sea. It contains potassium, magnesium, and calcium. Located south of Amman and below sea level, is the thermal mineral hot springs and waterfalls, where Herod the Great was said to have bathed in its medicinal water, and where people have come for thermal treatments, or simply to enjoy a hot soak, since the days of Rome. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the 5* Evason Ma’In Hot Springs Spa & Resort. (B, D)
Day 9: Ma’in Hot Springs Resort – Free Day at Ma’in Hot Springs – Ma’in Hot Springs Resort
After breakfast, enjoy a Free day at the Ma’In Hot Springs. Dinner and overnight at your hotel. (B, D)
Day 10: Ma’In Hot Springs – Queen Alia International Airport
After breakfast at your hotel, transfer to Queen Alia International Airport for departure. Keep in mind that you need to be at the airport 2 hours prior to your departure time.
