Description

Meet with your guide and the horses near the Petra Visitor Center at 6 AM. Begin your ride through the Siq to the Treasury. Continue past the Street of Facades and the Roman Theater. Just before Colonnaded Street, start climbing towards Snake Monument and all the way up to Haroon Mountain. Before reaching the top, tie the horses for a break and climb up on foot.

The views from the top are absolutely amazing. Before descending relax and enjoy lunch. Aftwards, leave Petra via ‘Bedouin Village’ and be back at the stables around 4 pm.

– An approximate 6-hour horse ride, horse rental, horse guide, lunch box, two days entry ticket for Petra.

Level of riding: guests need to be able to fully control their horse in a walk, trot, and canter!
